Ingredients
Semolina ( rava ) : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Paalkhoa ( milk khoa ) : 1 cup
: 2 cups
Salt : a pinch
Method
Clean semolina.
Add salt, ghee and blend in a mixie.
Make small balls, flatten.
Place paalkhoa in the centre and close.
Heat ghee in a frying pan.
Fry these balls.
Boil sugar with water in a vessel to a syrup of single string consistency.
Soak the rasagullas in syrup.
Dalda can also be used instead of ghee.
