1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
2 chicken or vegetable bouillon cubes (smashed)
1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon dry minced onion
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt or celery salt
You can double or triple and stock up. Just cook as you would regular rice.
